1. Acceptance of these Terms
By installing, accessing or using Humanity Restored AI Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application or connect third-party accounts.
2. The service
Humanity Restored AI Studio helps create, render, prepare, review, schedule and publish video and short-form media. Supported destinations may include YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and the Faith in Humanity Restored website. Features may change as platform APIs, permissions and technical requirements change.
3. Separate relationship with the website
Faith in Humanity Restored is the public website and media project. Humanity Restored AI Studio is a separate software application used to create and distribute media for that project. Use of the Studio does not make the Faith in Humanity Restored website itself the OAuth application.
4. Account connections and authorization
You may connect supported third-party accounts only when you are authorized to use them. The Studio uses the official authorization mechanisms supplied by each platform where available. You are responsible for protecting your computer, OAuth client files, access tokens, API credentials and any website publishing credentials.
5. Publishing and user responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing content, titles, descriptions, captions, thumbnails, scheduling settings and destination accounts before publication. You must have all rights and permissions required for any media you publish and must not use the Studio to upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or otherwise prohibited content.
6. Third-party platform terms
Use of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other third-party services remains subject to those services' own terms, policies, API rules, community standards and account restrictions. Humanity Restored AI Studio does not override or replace those rules and cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, publish, monetize or retain submitted content.
7. Google and YouTube
If you connect YouTube, the Studio may request the Google OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload to upload videos to the channel you authorize. Use of Google user data is described in the Humanity Restored AI Studio Privacy Policy.
8. Website publishing
When configured, the Studio may transmit an approved rendered video, thumbnail and publishing metadata to a protected Faith in Humanity Restored website endpoint. You are responsible for keeping the website publishing token and hosting account secure and for ensuring the hosting environment permits the required server-side upload functionality.
9. Content ownership
You retain any rights you already hold in content you provide to the Studio. You are responsible for determining whether generated, edited or third-party source material can lawfully be used and published. These Terms do not grant ownership of your connected social-media accounts to Faith in Humanity Restored or Humanity Restored AI Studio.
10. Availability and changes
The Studio is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be interrupted or stop working because of internet outages, API changes, authorization changes, platform reviews, account restrictions, quota limits, hosting limitations or software updates. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features when necessary.
11. No guarantee of results
Humanity Restored AI Studio does not guarantee views, followers, engagement, revenue, monetization, distribution, recommendation, search ranking or approval by any social-media or advertising platform.
12. Security and misuse
You must not attempt to bypass platform safeguards, access accounts without authorization, distribute credentials, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service or use the Studio in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
13. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Studio is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every platform change or suitable for every intended purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing content and maintaining backups of important media and configuration data.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Faith in Humanity Restored and the operators of Humanity Restored AI Studio are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform outages, rejected uploads, account actions, lost credentials, lost media, lost revenue or third-party service changes. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Termination and disconnection
You may stop using the Studio at any time and disconnect connected services. Access may also be limited where continued use would violate these Terms, applicable law, platform requirements or security obligations. Revoking a third-party authorization may prevent further publishing until the account is connected again.
16. Privacy
Information about connected-account data, OAuth tokens, publishing records, retention, revocation and deletion is provided in the Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the Studio, its integrations or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
